We are continuing to work to resolve an issue impacting Campaign Monitor . Cybersecurity firm Crowdstrike experienced a major incident resulting from a recent technical update, the company has now confirmed. Unfortunately, given the global impact, systems will be unavailable for the time being while we reboot our systems. We are diligently working to find a solution to ensure our Marigold products are functioning as expected. We'll continue to communicate as we learn more.
We have identified the cause for issues within our platform, as a result of problems connected to cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike. A solution for Marigold products has been determined and our technical teams are working quickly and efficiently to implement that solution. We will update you shortly with additional information and our progress.
We have successfully rebooted all of our systems in response to the incident connected to cybersecurity firm Crowdstrike. While our Campaign Monitor by Marigold systems are all back online and functional, there is a short-term lag in email sending resulting from the downtime. Emails sent during or after the downtime may be delayed.

While our Campaign Monitor by Marigold systems are all back online and functional, there is a backlog in email sending that we’re working through. Emails sent during or after the downtime may be delayed.
This morning at approximately 8:30am ET, we noticed some delays in email delivery to contacts with Yahoo or Yahoo-affiliated email addresses. Yahoo is aware and actively investigating the root cause. You may experience longer than usual sending times for mail sent, and potentially lower open rates initially as a result. Once resolved, campaigns are expected to be delivered, however, we'll continue to monitor.
This issue is now fully resolved.
Out of precaution, we will continue to monitor throughout the day and provide updates only if necessary.
Some customers may currently experience delays sending Transactional emails. We are working to resolve this as soon as we can. Emails already triggered to send will not need to be re-triggered once the issue is resolved. This problem will also impact password reset emails and other verification emails sent by Campaign Monitor, which may also be delayed. Thanks for your patience.

We're currently experiencing a system issue affecting the sending of some webhooks and email campaigns. Customers may also experience errors or timeouts when navigating their account. We're currently working to resolve this as soon as possible.
The system has now returned to normal and customers should no longer experience any errors or timeouts. Affected email campaigns have been sent, though some delayed. We are currently working through the queue of webhook events.
The issue is now resolved. Webhooks processing has now caught up, except some that should have fired between 16:40 and 18:15 UTC were lost.
