We're currently experiencing a system issue affecting the sending of some webhooks and email campaigns. Customers may also experience errors or timeouts when navigating their account. We're currently working to resolve this as soon as possible.

 

The system has now returned to normal and customers should no longer experience any errors or timeouts. Affected email campaigns have been sent, though some delayed. We are currently working through the queue of webhook events.

 

The issue is now resolved. Webhooks processing has now caught up, except some that should have fired between 16:40 and 18:15 UTC were lost.

Email sending Transactional emails
 

We're currently experiencing an issue where some transaction emails are not sending. API requests are being received, however some emails are not sending. We're working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

 

Thanks for your patience as we continue to work toward resolving this issue. Requests to send transactional emails are being accepted, and emails are being queued to send, however we are currently experiencing an issue sending the emails.

 

Thank you for your patience as we work on this issue. The cause of the issue has been identified. New requests to send transactional emails are now being accepted, queued and sent within a normal time frame.

Requests to send transactional emails made while the we were experiencing an issue will remain unsent. Attempts to trigger Transactional emails made between 2.00pm (AEDT) and 5.40pm (AEDT) may not have been sent and may need to be triggered to send again.

Our team will continue to work on this in the coming days to implement solutions to ensure this issue does not reoccur in future.

 

The incident has now been resolved. Customers should no longer experience problems sending transactional emails. 

Attempts to trigger Transactional emails made between 2.00pm (AEDT) and 5.40pm (AEDT) may not have been sent and may need to be triggered to send again.

Some campaign images have failed to load. If you notice missing images or any other issues, please reach out to our Support team and we can investigate further.

Email sending Preview emails
 

We’ve received reports that some customers may not be receiving preview (test) emails. We are currently investigating and will keep you updated.

 

We have addressed an issue sending preview (test) emails and customers should now be receiving preview (test) emails again. Other types of email sending (Campaigns, Automation, and Transactional) has not been affected. We are verifying that everything is working as expected before resolving the status page. Our system is experiencing issues where processing subscribers, segments, and tracking opens and clicks is currently delayed. Some campaign and journey sending is also affected. Some API calls may also be affected. Our team is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

 

The issue is now resolved, processes concerning subscribers and segments, as well as open and click tracking, have now all caught up. All emails have now sent, although some may have been delayed for up to 90 minutes. API calls may have also been delayed, or timed out, or experienced server issues during the affected window.

We are currently experiencing an issue affecting journeys, and some journey emails may be delayed as a result.

 

Some journey emails that were due to send between the 18:00 and 21:00 UTC could not be sent. If you have any questions about this, please get in touch with our Support team and we can confirm if your journey was impacted and advise further.

Some customers may currently experience a short delay when sending a campaign. The majority of campaigns are sending without any issues, in isolated cases we are seeing a delay of around 30 minutes. We are working to resolve this as soon as we can. Thanks for your patience.

Some accounts are currently experiencing journey sending delays of 3-4 hours.

 

The incident has now been resolved and all journey emails that were delayed have now been sent. Sending has returned to normal, but journey emails may have sent up to 4 hours late during this period.
