Some customers may experience delays sending campaign emails, our team have identified a problem which will have caused delays for a proportion of emails being sent out. This problem has been resolved, however emails may be delayed whilst we work through sending the backlog.
We are continuing to work through the backlog of email sending. Customers may currently experience a delay with delivering campaigns. We will provide an update once the backlog has cleared.
Clearing the backlog of emails is progressing without any issues and we expect to be up to date soon. We will provide an update as soon as that is complete.

The delays were caused by an issue isolated to one of our email sending services, which was in use for a subset of campaigns. We have implemented measures to reduce the likelihood of this recurring, along with additional monitoring to detect and address potential problems in this area before any disruption occurs.
