Our system is experiencing issues where processing subscribers, segments, and tracking opens and clicks is currently delayed. Some campaign and journey sending is also affected. Some API calls may also be affected. Our team is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

 

The issue is now resolved, processes concerning subscribers and segments, as well as open and click tracking, have now all caught up. All emails have now sent, although some may have been delayed for up to 90 minutes. API calls may have also been delayed, or timed out, or experienced server issues during the affected window.

Email sending Journey emails

We are currently experiencing an issue affecting journeys, and some journey emails may be delayed as a result.

 

Some journey emails that were due to send between the 18:00 and 21:00 UTC could not be sent. If you have any questions about this, please get in touch with our Support team and we can confirm if your journey was impacted and advise further.

API API endpoints

API requests to send transactional emails are failing in some cases and transactional emails not sending as a result. We're working to resolve the issue as soon as we can.

 

We've addressed the issue and transactional emails are sending again. We'll continue to monitor and resolve once confirmed the issue is fully resolved. Some customers may have seen errors when attempting to access the Transactional tab, but it should be loading again without issue now.

 

The incident has now been resolved. Customers should no longer experience any issues sending transactional emails. This issue spanned from approximately 05:40 AM UTC to 06:30 AM UTC, where an elevated number of requests to send transactional emails via API or SMTP failed, errored, or were rejected. Requests affected during this period should be retried.

We’ve received reports that some customers are having trouble adding new payment cards to accounts. We are currently investigating and will keep you updated.

 

The incident has now been resolved. Customers should no longer experience issues adding payment cards. If you are still unable to add a card, please contact your card provider and let them know the authorization hold from Campaign Monitor is legitimate.

Some customers may be currently experiencing issues when attempting to open or edit emails in the drag-and-drop Email Builder. We are currently investigating, working to resolve this as soon as we can. Thanks for your patience.

 

We're working to resolve the issues some customers are seeing in the drag-and-drop Email Builder. Thanks for your patience. Insights may also have trouble loading in some accounts. We're hoping to have everything fixed as soon as possible.

 

A fix has been implemented and the Email Builder should be loading without issue again when opening and editing emails. We're still seeing issues with Insights though, which we are currently working to address.

 

A fix has been implemented for both the Email Builder and Insights reporting and we are verifying that everything is working as expected before resolving the status page. Customers should no longer experience problems accessing the Email Builder or Insights reports though we are monitoring results.

 

An interim fix has been implemented to ensure customers are not impacted and access to the Email Builder and Insights has been restored. Our engineering team will continue to work on the root cause and we'll provide a further update when a full resolution has been implemented.

 

We have implemented a permanent fix and this issue is now resolved. Customers should no longer experience any issues with access to the Email Builder or Insights.

Some customers may be experiencing a discrepancy between open rates shown on campaign reports and the equivalent campaign report on the Insights page. Campaign snapshots open rates are accurate, however open rates in Insights are showing 0%. We are working to resolve this as soon as we can. Thanks for your patience.

 

Thanks for your patience while we continue to work on a fix. Some customers may continue to see 0% open rates in Insights for campaigns sent since April 7th 2023. The issue is limited to Insights only. Correct and up-to-date open rates can be viewed in sent campaign reports.

 

We have implemented a fix and Insights data is currently being processed. Open rates are now beginning to show true percentages. We'll resolve this entry once it is all caught up.
