Some customers may experience delays sending campaign emails, our team have identified a problem which will have caused delays for a proportion of emails being sent out. This problem has been resolved, however emails may be delayed whilst we work through sending the backlog.

We are continuing to work to resolve an issue impacting Campaign Monitor . Cybersecurity firm Crowdstrike experienced a major incident resulting from a recent technical update, the company has now confirmed. Unfortunately, given the global impact, systems will be unavailable for the time being while we reboot our systems. We are diligently working to find a solution to ensure our Marigold products are functioning as expected. We'll continue to communicate as we learn more.
We have identified the cause for issues within our platform, as a result of problems connected to cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike. This morning at approximately 8:30am ET, we noticed some delays in email delivery to contacts with Yahoo or Yahoo-affiliated email addresses. Yahoo is aware and actively investigating the root cause. You may experience longer than usual sending times for mail sent, and potentially lower open rates initially as a result. Once resolved, campaigns are expected to be delivered, however, we'll continue to monitor.
